Military master planning and experience is a major plus!

Remote with some travel may be a possibility.
Responsibilities
Work a team of professionals at various levels for planning and design assignments Develop schedules, budgets, and internal taskings for assigned project elements Prepare proposals and marketing materials, and attending various networking events Create opportunities for the planning team and company Work within the company project management protocols and procedures Team management and resourcing, identify skill development requirements Perform technical QA/ QC of project deliverables Other duties as assigned Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Bachelors degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field.
Master's preferred.
8+ years experience working on planning/design projects.
Military experience preferred.
A leader and teammate who can work with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives to get things done A people person who can speak and write well and is skilled working with large project teams Can tackle big projects and get them done on time Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgement, and a critical eye for detail, completeness, and competency AICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect is important Knows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
