Field Outreach Lead Location West Roxbury, MA : The Field Lead will help lead and execute the strategy for our community field campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience working on political campaigns, community outreach campaigns, etc. Primary Accountabilities Manage field outreach efforts by coordinating work regions, scheduling teams, and allocating specific areas to designated teams for coverage. Hire and train employees in field operations Build out paid field programs across the Massachusetts and Rhode Island for various public and private facing clients Create workplans, campaign universes, survey questions, talking points, engagement pipelines, reporting mechanisms, identify key performance metrics, and trainings for multiple field teams at a time working on separate projects Proactively identify areas for growth and follow through on demands Ensure that field ambassadors are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Continue to build out entry level organizers to increase team-wide capacity Attend events as needed; fill in when there are ambassador vacancies for events Regularly travel to storage units and events, as well as perform on the ground outreach to interact with stakeholders and community-based organizations. Oversee campaign materials including creation, printing, and distribution by ambassadors. Daily use and update of Project Management tools to track progress on clients' initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university, with a degree in marketing, communications, education, business management, political science, international relations, or a related field 3+ cycles of field campaign planning, coordinating, managing, and executing 3+ years of direct client and community coordination experience 3+ years of direct work experience in marketing, communications, or event planning organizations Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish and/or Portuguese) skills A valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRMs including but not limited to: NGP-VAN, Ecanvasser, Nationbuilder or other similar campaign technologies Skills Ability to navigate, mobilize and understand the cultural nuances of diverse communities.
