Monday Night Brewing is an award-winning craft brewery based out of Atlanta, with a distribution footprint across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and North Carolina. We currently operate two taprooms in Atlanta, GA, a brewpub in Birmingham, AL a taproom in Nashville, TN, a taproom in Charlotte, NC, and a taproom in Knoxville, TN.. In our thirteenth year of operation, we are proud to produce a vast portfolio—spanning from small batch New England IPAs to barrel-aged stouts, approachable kettle sours to mixed culture ambers, and hop-forward West Coast IPAs.
Monday Night Brewing is seeking a Field Sales Representative for West Atlanta to Northwest Atlanta Metro to join our tight knit, growing team. Reports To: Director of Sales High-Level Goals: Grow sales by building awareness around the quality and intentionality around the Monday Night Brewing brand & Sneaky Pete Spirits Be an expert resource on Monday Night Brewing (and beer in general) for retailersBuild strong relationships with our wholesaler partners, ensuring they are informed and educated around all things Monday Night Brewing & Sneaky Pete Responsibilities: Knowledge and Brand AwarenessKnow and understand the alcohol market on a national, regional and local levelAttend formal (and informal) meetings and tastings with production team leaders to learn about Monday Night Brewing's portfolio, quality standards, processes, and innovations Stay up to date on Monday Night Brewing's events, marketing campaigns and releases by keeping in contact with our taproom and marketing departments Retailer ManagementBuild strong relationships with retailers to increase Monday Night Brewing & Sneaky Pete sales and awareness. Educate them about both, the portfolio, and our purpose. Showcase the Monday Night Brewing facilities by inviting retailers to visit and ensure they have a great experienceRegularly visit current and prospective retailers each weekConduct staff trainings at retailers regularly to ensure staff is knowledgeable and equipped to sell Monday Night Brewing & Sneaky PeteConduct regular quality audits in accounts that sell Monday Night Brewing to ensure our product is fresh, rotated properly (in date order), stored appropriately, and our draft lines are cleaned regularlyLog all retailer visits and interactions in KARMA Reporting to ManagementMaintain and update our CRM tool dailyAttend bi-weekly sales meeting prepared to receive and give feedback on your assigned territoryTrack monthly expenses and operate within your allotted budgetProvide weekly sales flash report on your assigned territory to include happenings, wins, losses and any other points of interest Market EngagementsSet up, manage and execute quality Monday Night Brewing & Sneaky Pete promotions, including but not limited to beer dinners, festivals, tastings, and features, as neededWork with marketing and production teams to ensure our market engagements deliver on our brand standards, beer quality, and grow our brand affinity and awarenessMarket territory spans from West Atlanta to Northwest Atlanta metro Wholesaler Management Educate our wholesalers on Monday Night Brewing's portfolio and Sneaky Pete's, brand standards, and quality standardsKeep our wholesalers informed and up to date on Monday Night Brewing's current offerings, new releases and marketing campaignsSend clear and concise recaps of any market work that requires follow up such as (but not limited to):Customer commitmentsUpcoming events and/or features Point of Sale needs and requestsQuality issues or concernsEnsure our wholesalers have all tools and resources needed to execute to our brand standards. This includes but is not limited to, tap handles, tap magnets, sell sheets, graphics, and other point of sale itemsWork with sales management and analyst to ensure our wholesalers maintain appropriate inventory levels in accordance to Monday Night Brewing's & Sneaky Pete's quality standardsConduct, at minimum, quarterly quality audits at assigned wholesalers to ensure Monday Night Brewing's inventory is fresh, rotated properly (in date order), and stored in accordance with Monday Night Brewing's quality standards Expectations: Salary + bonus structureFlexible availability including nights and weekends as neededVehicle + fuel cardPhone or reimbursement Metrics for Success: Sales developmentNew account activationOn and off premise account vitality with MNB brand & Sneaky Peter brand and account relationshipWholesaler maintenance and account relationships Our Commitment to You: Your manager will keep weekly one-on-one's with you.You can expect a clear pay structure, see more detail below.Your hard work will be appreciated.Your voice will be heard – we love to hear your ideas!Open communication and feedback will be welcome between you and your manager.
