Our Field Service Technicians are electro-mechanically knowledgeable technical support representatives who provide customer assistance in the form of installations, equipment breakdowns and preventative maintenance. They are front-line, customer-facing team members who always keep safety and service excellence top of mind. Technicians travel across the US and to our global client sites to assemble and prepare equipment.
This position will travel approximately 65% of the time. Candidates will need to be based near an airport, ideally in the Eastern region of the United States. Time not spent traveling can be based remote from home.What You'll Do: Travel to customer facilities to complete service assignments such as equipment installations and commissioning, customer training, and preventative maintenance service tasks.Assist and support customers with troubleshooting and promote a strong information exchange dialog via email, phone, or in-person visitsComplete customer service trip reports and related documentation. Plan and coordinate schedule and travel arrangements.
