WHAT YOU GET TO DO As the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, you'll be the friendly voice that helps resolve customer queries, processes payments, and shares invoices with ease! You'll accurately input invoices and credit memos, manage 1099 employee payroll, and tackle any account issues like a pro. Your mission? To ensure customer delight by maintaining impeccable account details and developing stellar relationships both within your team and beyond.
With a focus on high performance and entrepreneurial spirit, you'll lead efforts in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our processes. You'll also take charge of daily financial transactions including payables and deposits. What WE VALUE To thrive as a Finance & Accounting Specialist at Carbliss, you'll need a unique blend of skills and knowledge! A solid understanding of finance and accounting best practices will set you up for success while the ability to analyze and communicate financial data will keep your teammates and customers informed. Prioritizing multiple assignments with ease is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is a must to help you navigate daily tasks effortlessly. We're looking for someone who has a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant work experience.
