Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Associate to join their dynamic team in Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial finance transactions and advising clients on a range of lending matters.
Key Responsibilities: Represent borrowers and lenders in sophisticated middle-market commercial lending transactions, with a focus on secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code.Advise on and manage term loans, letters of credit, acquisition financing, and related financial instruments.Draft, negotiate, and finalize documentation for equipment leasing and finance agreements.Support and facilitate cross-border transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.2 to 6 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive solutions through collaboration with other practice areas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on technical precision and clarity.Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary range: $124,000 to $158,000 (specific placement depends on factors such as experience, skill level, and client portables).
