To lead this transformative shift, we've built a world-class team in Energy & Materials, Human-Centered AI, Human Interactive Driving, and Robotics.  TRI's Finance team is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of accounting and to work alongside our team of experienced professionals. As an intern you will gain practical experience in financial reporting, data analysis, internal controls and general ledger entries. This is a paid 12-week internship opportunity for Summer 2025. Please note that this internship will be a hybrid in-office role.
\n ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.Help with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.Support the accounting team in month-end closing processes.Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis.Help with tax compliance tasks.Participate in special projects as needed. QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous internship or relevant coursework is a plus.
