This client is well-known and world renowned with extensive room to grow. Job Summary: Develops, implements, administers, and maintains policies and procedures for ensuring the security, integrity and compliance in accordance with Government Contracts. Works independently and with partial supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients. Candidate must be well organized and demonstrate the ability to quickly recognize and solve project issues. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with financial and program administration of federal contracts including Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external clients Supervise client billing Supervise administrative program requirements for Site Visit Access, Scheduling, Document Tracking, In/Out Correspondence Data analysis to determine trends and develop best practices for management and Navy client Manage Government Property Database Create graphs and charts to illustrate project/program status Preferred Requirements: Education: 4 year degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Technical Skills (Not Required): Microsoft SQL Server/Access/Visual Basics/Projects About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
