Overview: Seeking a customer-focused Finance Representative with call center experience to explain financial options to prospective students. This role is based in Mesa, AZ, and offers the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
Responsibilities: + Inform students about financial aid and payment plans.
+ Resolve finance-related inquiries with professionalism.
+ Document all customer interactions.
Requirements: + Experience in a call center environment.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ High school diploma; finance education is a plus.
