Responsibilities: As a Financial Controller at Mammoth Holdings LLC, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against these benchmarks to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts to maintain liquidity.
Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing any inquiries to facilitate a smooth audit.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business performance and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is preferred for senior-level candidates.
