Position Overview:

As a Financial Controller at Arc Fabricators, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support our business objectives. This position is suitable for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Your contributions will help shape the financial landscape of our organization and drive our success.


Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic planning and decision-making. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure the financial health of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the finance function. Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills. Energetic and motivated personality, with a passion for driving results and contributing to a positive work environment.
