A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER As an entry-level Member Service Representative/Call Center Representative, you cheerfully greet current and prospective members, taking the time to really listen to their needs. You always make a great first impression and enjoy nurturing relationships with our members. With your great customer service skills, you help solve problems and provide information about our credit union and the banking services we offer. You will also refer calls to the appropriate team member in order to best assist our members.
You take pride in contributing to our success by treating our members as people, not numbers !
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Helpful and pleasant demeanor Customer service experience and bank or credit union experience are preferred but not required. Are you attentive to detail? Do you have great customer service and problem-solving skills? Are you willing to learn and grow in the banking industry? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!
WORK SCHEDULE The work schedule for this full-time position is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating half-day Saturdays.
