Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred with two (2) years experience in similar position. A combination of education and management experience may be substituted. Knowledge of food preparation required. Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned. (Includes weekends/ Nights/ and holidays) as scheduled. Frequent lifting, may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Requires, frequent bending, stooping, walking, and standing. Must be self motivated able to work independently. Requires: High School diploma or G.E.D. and pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities and Duties The Food & Beverage Back of house Manager is in charge of preparation, serving, and cleaning to ensure the guests of Rock and Brews Casino are receiving quality service. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor, the Operations Manager, for clarification.
Create, implement, and monitor department budgets. Assist with the proper training of employees of all shifts. Ensure all machines are maintained and in working order. Ensure all food is served properly and temperature is in compliance. Help prepare specials and any prep work needed for all shifts. Coordinate entire food operation. Assist employees and guests as needed. Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one. Responsible for monitoring, stocking and cleaning area. Prepare schedules for employees. Run a register when needed to keep lines moving and customers happy. Responsible for having meals prepared. Ensure all food is dated when made. Ensure compliance of health and food standards Oversee and coordinate entire food operation. Oversee guests are served quickly during peak times. Stock cups, lids, condiments, napkins and boxes, as needed or at end of shift. Prepare for needs of the business. Empty all trash containers as needed Assist General Manager with food costs, retail pricing and bottom line performance. Assist management with paperwork on absentees, tardy, redirects and write-ups to be submitted to KGI Human Resource department for employee files. Assist employees when needed. Must wear your KGI badge at all times while on duty or conducting company business. Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, customers, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty. Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
