Forklift Operator

Minutemen Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators for a local Production company located in Vandalia, OH. Hours will be Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm. This will be a temp to hire position. Job Duties: - Operate forklift to move and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload trucks using forklift or other equipment
- Perform inventory control and ensure accurate stock rotation
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Job Requirements: - Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including order pickers, hi-lo, and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
