Demonstrate physical ability to see, drive & use good judgment in performance of duties.
Demonstrate the ability to stack, unstack warehousing materials, press line and assembly materials, load & unload trucks, vans, semis, railroad cars.
Demonstrate the capability of following written and verbal instructions.
Have the ability of effective written and oral communication.
Possess organizational skills and ability to perform all applicable recordkeeping.
Demonstrate the understanding and performance of 5S functions to highest standards.
Possess documented training records and/or permits as required for successful performance.
Must take and pass, and/or currently hold valid Powered Industrial truck permit, Crane operating permit and all other necessary training and/or future training and/or permits as required.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and undergo training to enhance performance of duties, responsibilities, and knowledge.
Any other applicable responsibilities as designated by Area Leader(s) This full-time hourly role is a part of our team and reports to the Materials Leadership.
Required experience: 1-3 years of forklift operator experience in manufacturing experience.
