Job Description
As an FP&A Intern at Vialto, you will be an integral part of our Finance team, contributing to crucial financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes that drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and update financial models and forecasts to project the company's future financial performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in creating, monitoring, and managing the company's annual budget. Analyze budget variances and provide insights to help departments meet their financial targets.
Support in the preparation and distribution of regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.
Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Participate in cost-benefit analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.

This summer internship position will be a 1-month fixed term contract, starting in June and ending in July
Salary Range $45,000 – 85,000
