Duration: 2 Months Contract Job Description: As Gen AI Product Support Manager for AI you will support related product launches, deliver key user insights to help shape product strategy and collaborate with Product Managers, Eng, and various cross-functional teams to ensure product marker fit, advance scaled support strategy, and explore cross-product innovation for seamless user experience. Responsibilities: Design and drive consumer Support strategy, identify processes and systems to scale solutions and be a trusted advisor to product teams to improve the user experience. Lead strategic programs around integrations of user voice across xfn teams' decision makers. Identify and drive recommendations for operational improvements. This includes scaling and optimizing support with the product area, leading cross functional teams to execute against recommended plans. Design and lead support initiatives to complement the product roadmap, balancing short- and long-term investments. Represent the voice of the user by providing compelling insights, identify product issues and opportunities to improve product marker fit. Partner across difference cross-functional groups to support product launches globally, develop relevant support strategy and create a cohesive offering, where the needs of the consumer are front and center. Experience: 5 years' experience in product management program management and cross functional stakeholder relations. Experience troubleshooting, including re-engineering processes, innovating service models. Expertise in data analysis and experience in translating data and trends into powerful insights. strong project management ability with high tolerance for change management and ambiguity.
