Role: GenAI Project Manager and Program Manager Location: - Bloomfield , CT (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Job Description: Client is looking for an experienced GenAI Project Manager to lead and manage GenAI projects with strong understanding of AI technologies, project management methodologies. Ability to drive cross-functional teams. He/ She should come with 6-7 years of experience and ready to work from the Hartford office. Standard PM with strong communication and Healthcare experience A minimum of 10 years industry experience with 4-6 years in project management covering the full software development life cycle Possess client facing experience in a global setting. Bachelor's Degree in a related field, PMP Certification, MBA would be an added advantage. Lead and manage day-to-day operations of project(s) and scope. Planning and implementation of a project Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans. Assemble and coordinate project team. Manage project budget. Plan and schedule project timelines. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Provide direction and support to project team. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessment of results. Manage project revenue, Technical and financial reporting. Deliver high quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process. Set clear expectations for the project with a focus on achieving results efficiently. Continually seek to increase customer satisfaction and expand client relationships. Build a knowledge base of clients' business, and their objectives.
