Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled General Liability Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload. Responsibilities: Handle a variety of litigation and transactional matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, business transactions, employment disputes, and general civil litigation. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and counsel to clients. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and execute effective legal solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California State Bar in good standing. 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil litigation, and insurance defense matters. Salaries will be based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
