To ensure its healthy and fast growth, we are recruiting our new General Manager for our Fleetch team:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTManage the growth of car and fleets acquisition for ride-hailing, negotiate new partnerships with Fleet owners and secure a long term commercial relationship with them.Lead and manage the different teams: Business development and sales, fleet operations and driver operations.Achieve business plan targets and manage the P&L in coordination with Heetch strategy.Develop the local network, in particular by managing relations with third parties (Car Distributors, Garage, Insurances and other partners).Participate in fundraising and debt raising for Fleetch in Angola.Foster Fleetch brand awareness and image and influence on the mobility market.MANAGEMENTRecruit, supervise and manage the Angola Fleetch teams in liaison with the CEO and GM.Manage team members: defining OKRs, assigning tasks and following up, communicating action plans and ensuring team performance. Ensure team members' well-being and motivation, with the help of the Office Manager.INTELLIGENCE & BAAnalyze market trends and critical data for market intelligence.Provide local, HQ teams with data-driven analysis to define and implement strategies, within budget and on schedule.Adapt existing processes and create new ones to operate Fleetch's business.WHAT DO YOU NEED ?7+ years of operations management or business consulting, proven in building and developing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering business goals.Proven leadership with 3+ years of people management experience: you have a high emotional intelligence, and prove the ability to deliver outstanding results through others in a timely manner using a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.Entrepreneurial hustle and proven self-starter with owner's mentality.Data-driven mindset, with strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, form and execute a strategy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others.Excellent organization and time management.Willingness to get your hands dirty, lead by example, and motivate teams.Passion for Mobility topics and "shared economy".Fluent in Portuguese and English.
