Role:We are currently seeking a General Manager to develop and contribute to the growth of the facility through management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations at facility and make sure clients are having optimal experience.Provide outstanding service – whether that be in person, virtually or on the phone.Help grow the client base of the facility through sales and superior customer service.Understand growth strategies by Quarter/Season and execute plans accordingly.Attend trainings and meetings with leadership on a needed basis.Ensure timely processing of daily reports.Ensure location is clean and well-maintained to company standards.Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and held accountable.Ensure all shifts are covered during locations' open hours.Deliver Gswing hitting sessions to clients when needed.Respond to client inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or questions. Efficiently use the CRM software to streamline tasks, track client engagement, and maintain accurate records.Conduct swing evaluations to show the benefits of training at Gradum Gswing.Track and report Gradum metrics.Execute the Gradum Playbook to ensure client success.Requirements:2 years of college baseball experience.Experience in sales.High energy individual.Open to growing rapidly.Interest in helping hitters while benefiting from performance-based commissions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and parents.Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.Salary: $52,000 to $100,000.APPLY HEREComplete the application below and someone from our team will be in touch.
