Job Title: General Superintendent
Job Location: Current project in Clarksville, VA with future projects in NC, SC, & VA, company based in Charlotte, NC
Job Pay: $110k-$150k, plus per diem, vehicle, bonus opportunities, etc.
Requirements: 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC or Mechanical or Electrical Contractor
Position Overview: We are a NC-based, 25-year-old contractor offering services in general contracting, fabrication, construction services, and integrated product delivery. The General Superintendent will oversee the planning, installation, and workflow of MEP heavy projects for data centers and mission-critical facility build outs throughout the Carolinas and local region.
Key Responsibilities: Supervising and leading on-site staffPlanning, scheduling, and managing workflowConstruction safety and inspectionQualifications: 10+ years of experience in a Superintendent role with a GC or MEP contractorExperience with data centers and/or other mission-critical projects (Preferred, not required)Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
