We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful Technical Lead to oversee the planning, integration, and execution of a unique GEOINT Collection system. The process involves the concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal of the system. The technical lead conducts functional and time-dominant analysis that includes detailed trade and interface studies, and requirements allocation to translate customer requirements to meet hardware and software specifications.
As the technical lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing efforts to survey and understand users' frustrations, challenges, and feedback with respect to processes and technology related to new GEOINT data sources that have recently been made available for exploitation and analysis. The objectives are to collect, analyze, and report these findings to senior government leaders so they can implement changes into the GEOINT analytical workflow to gain end-user acceptance and integration of the new GEOINT data source. You will meet and engage with GEOINT Analyst users as they interact with the new GEOINT data interfaces, data repositories, exploitation tools, and user engagement meetings. You will formally and informally collect data on their sentiment, technical challenges, training deficiencies, and quantifies data adoption issues, concerns, and challenges. From your assessments and engagements, you will prepare and provide the government with regular updates on findings and provide recommendations.

Requirements: Current TS/SCI ClearanceBachelor's or Masters Degree + experienceStrong leadership and managerial experienceAdaptable to challenges, data-driven, and problem-solving abilitiesGEOINT background with understanding of applicable software applicationsExperience in Research and Development Capability to oversee life-cycle R&DExcellence in working with the tasking, collections, processing, exploitation, and dissemination processWork with and understanding of A.I.DevOps engineering software capabilities (I.e.
