LightEdge Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance product offerings, and ensure successful alliance management. The ideal candidate will have experience with OEMs such as Dell, Pure Storage and Veeam and have a deep understanding of their alliance programs and co-sell motions.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with OEMs to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual success.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize the value of OEM alliances.Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure seamless integration and execution of OEM partnerships.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of OEM partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for OEM alliances.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within OEM partnerships, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a related role, preferably within high-tech.Qualifications:       Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.       Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.       Proficiency in market analysis and performance tracking.       Ability to travel as required.Attributes:       Self-motivated and results oriented.       Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.       Strong organizational and project management skills.
