Global Network Planner

We are seeking to add a Global Network Planner to play an integral role in our Global Planning Organization! This role possesses a strategic E2E mindset, working in a dynamic environment cross-functionally with Project Management, GCIO, Engineering, Demand Planning, Logistics and Global Supplier Planning (HFE) to create a supply plan that meets demand while supporting customer service metrics, inventory targets at optimal cost to serve across Hasbro's global business units. The Global Network Planner is responsible to ensure that planning master data is maintained, are working within the process and systems defined; and are routinely developing Continuous Improvement opportunities to make the processes more efficient and importantly delivering impactful and measurable performance improvements to service, inventory, and cost.

A day in the life of a Global Network Planner:

Create and ensure that supply plans leverage inventory policy, maintaining optimum inventory health and reducing risk of excess and obsolete stock.
Evaluate the constrained supply and unconstrained demand and create supply plans to maximize capacity utilization and revenue opportunities while trying to minimize the risk of obsolescence through inventory transfers where possible. Achieve and maintain a 95%+ service level of supply to demand for managed brands.
Identify, communicate, and resolve supply challenges impacting demand cross functionally and globally. Work with Project Management, Engineering, GCIO, Demand Planning, Logistics, Global Supplier Management, and other functions to proactively address potential issues that may negatively impact Hasbro's ability to meet its customer's expectations including the initiation and evaluation of tooling and/or additional capacity/labor etc.
Support E2E planning transformation with development and delivery of supply network planning, encouraging the use of the appropriate techniques such as scenario planning & predictive analytics, to determine effective production plans responsive to changing demand, capable of planning/replanning daily.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related business discipline.
Advanced degree or APIC Certification a plus.
0.5 -3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operationsrequired.
A highly developed sense of urgency and attention to detail with the ability to work comfortably 'within the grey'.
Developed communication capabilities, written and oral, with the ability to define challenges and propose solutions in a concise and influential style and the ability to communicate to leadership regarding their specific brands.
Detailed functional knowledge of Inventory, Scenario and Supply Network Planning processes and how to execute them. 
Working knowledge of manufacturing and distribution operations – including but not limited to the following functions: planning/forecasting, supplier management, procurement, sales and operations planning, new product introduction, transition management, production scheduling, quality control, warehouse, and distribution.
Advanced Excel (required) and knowledge of SAP IBP specifically (nice to have)

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $ 65,000
Pay Range End: $110,500
