Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. This Lockbox Operations Processor will be working at our Lockbox site located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a secured facility that manually processes payments for Internal Revenue Service. You will work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full-time position working on 3rd shift. The schedule is 10:30pm-7am Sunday through Thursday with 15% shift premium eligibility. At times, working overtime may be required depending on business needs. You will perform a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners in a cross-functional position.
Duties may include functions related to:
1. Operate machinery, transaction processing, minimal data entry, archiving, researching, machine troubleshooting.
2. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
4. Process payments for customers and check processing, payment extraction and mail sorting.
This position will require an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Clearance at the time of hire. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One to two years of related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience Experience working in Lockbox, financial industry, and/or production environment Ability to move trays and carts of work, stand for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a routine basis Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Effective verbal and written communication skills #TPSS

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
