HVAC Project Manager Location: Chicago, IL Metro

As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview: With a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule, you will utilize your extensive experience and expertise to ensure the success of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of excellence in project management within the HVAC, sheet metal, and piping industry.
Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and client handover. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping project management.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and piping installation.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).Experience working in the commercial construction industry (preferred).
