Position(s) available on or after September 16, 2024 and ending on or before May 31, 2025. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
Job Description/Duties
Under the direct supervision of the Undocumented Student Services Lead, the Graduate Student Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the Undocumented Student Services programmatic areas of organizational development, program development, research, and office & event operations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with Student outreach and engagement activities such as tabling, pop ups, in class presentations, and virtual presentations.
Collaborate with campus and community partners that support undocumented student services
Facilitate and participate in meetings
Assist in the developing and creation of outreach materials and promotional materials. -Support program event and services planning
Assist in developing surveys, questionnaires, and spreadsheets to collect data that supports program goals.
Data Entry including maintaining records of student services and participation
Assist with technical and clerical support
Assist with email, phone and social media correspondance Assist with technical and clerical support for events and activities
Assist with technical and clerical support for events and activities
Assist social media and marketing team with the content creation and development of social media activities to increase engagement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong commitment to Undocumented student success
Relevant professional experience (e.g. marketing/social media, digital media, graphic design)
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units
Salary Range
$16.00 per hour.
