Graphics Programmer (Staff/Senior)

Obsidian is looking for experienced programmers to work with our team of artists and designers to deliver the artistic vision of our next world class RPG using the Unreal Engine.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to achieve the artistic vision for the gameAnalyze and improve performance and memory usage across all target platformsDevelop and maintain new and existing tools for the artistsAuthor new shaders and effectsResearch and propose improvements to processes and pipelinesRequirementsAn avid gamer with a passion for making games and game technologyBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering5+ years of industry experience developing for PC and consolesProficiency in C/C++Experience with DirectX, HLSL, and GPU programmingInterest in the latest rendering technologies, techniques, hardware, and API'sExperience with multi-threaded programmingSkilled at performance analysis, optimization, and debuggingStrong math skillsUnreal Engine experienceObsidian Entertainment is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
The estimated base pay range for this role is:
