Job Description
As a Grounds Supervisor, you will:
Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
Empty dumpsters.
Operate trash compactor.
Break down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
Operate all types of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.
Operate various types of equipment as needed, frontend loader, lull, high reach, trucks, etc.
Trim trees
Leave your work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.
Perform duties of workers supervised.
Other duties assigned.

Qualifications
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Valid state driving license, CDL license as needed.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
