The Growth Enablement Analyst plays a crucial role in driving growth by providing insights and analysis to the sales and marketing teams. By analyzing data and reporting on key metrics, the Growth Enablement Analyst helps to identify opportunities for growth and to develop strategies to capitalize on them. The role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that their efforts are data-driven and informed by the latest insights.
The Growth Enablement Analyst will be responsible for completing regulatory mailings for Commercial Group Health Insurance, writing and executing SQL and/or Python queries, and experience with CRMs, preference for Dynamics. This includes analyzing and reporting on the data, project management for regulatory compliance, review of compliance for Commercial Health Insurance coverage, and reporting results.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related area.
Certifications: Certifications related to health insurance, regulatory compliance, SQL, or Dynamics can also be beneficial.
Sales Support: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role.
