Guest Solutions Representative Responsibilities Comfortable speaking over the phone Responsible for starting a relationship and opening a dialogue in a positive way Has a friendly voice and is willing to help guests with questions, route calls to the correct departments, and follow-up to ensure issues or concerns have been resolved Responsible for schedule service appointments Work in a fast-paced environment with a team who focuses on guest service and satisfaction.
Work on a groundbreaking initiatives with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Guest Solutions Representative Qualifications Strong verbal and written communications skills Tech-savvy and experience with a Scheduling system, CRM, etc.
