Responsibilities
• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing• Build personal and professional rapport with all guests• Provide professional product recommendations• Meet/exceed sales and productivity goals• Attend mandatory educations events and workshops• Assist in store duties such as filling Salon retail displays and shelves• Adhere to all Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness• Attend monthly business development meetings• Demonstrate personal style while adhering to the Ulta Beauty dress code
Requirements
• 18+ years-old with a Cosmetology and/or Barber license• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment• Engaging personality to build and maintain customer relationships• Strong listening and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
