This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia, SC. Creative and strategic problem solver who exercises sound judgment. High proficiency with DFEMA, PFEMA, and control plans. Metrology equipment knowledge and measurement report utilization to drive product improvements utilizing shims, to fixtures, jigs, equipment to meet quality requirements within manufacturing,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8D or similar method problem solving experience.
