Körber Supply Chain LLC is seeking an experienced and talented Corporate Controller to lead and manage our Accounting operations, including treasury and taxes. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, solid leadership, and extensive supervisory experience in Corporate Accounting. Reporting directly to the Company CFO, this role provides essential expertise to the overall business operation.
Your role in our teamYou will lead partnership with the leadership team to drive financial performance against complex goals (Volume, EBIT, EVA, working capital).You will oversee planning and reporting cycles, including risk management.You will ensure the protection of company assets, application of advanced control procedures, and adherence to financial planning and reporting guidelines and policies.You will drive organizational alignment with strategy and foster effective business relationships to achieve goals.You will develop creative strategies to navigate constraints and seize opportunities.You will apply advanced analytical techniques to gain deeper insights into problems and make recommendations based on thorough root cause analysis and alternative solutions.You will define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to maximize effectiveness.You will identify resource needs and significantly influence approval processes.You will troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across multiple departments and cross-functional areas.You will determine organizational structures and supervisory relationships and be responsible for the overall success of functions or projects within these multi-departmental or cross-functional areas.Your profileYou have a BS/BA in Accounting, Business Administration or advanced degree.You have 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.You have a CPA certification (Preferred).You are able to demonstrate and apply advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for area managed and good knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.You are able to demonstrate a full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.You have knowledge of German Accounting Principles (HGB) (Preferred).Körber Supply Chain LLC, headquartered in Irving, TX (USA), is a leading provider of innovative products and solutions in mail and parcel logistics and automation.
