Head Of Affiliate Marketing

Our client is currently seeking a Head of Affiliate Marketing.
As the Head of Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's affiliate marketing strategy.
You will lead a team of affiliate managers, oversee affiliate recruitment and retention, and ensure the program's growth and profitability. Your role will involve close collaboration with other departments, including marketing, product, and finance, to align affiliate activities with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive new player acquisition and maximize ROI.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of affiliate managers, setting clear goals and performance metrics.Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to promote our brand effectively.Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance, using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliates.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation within the affiliate program.Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing materials and ensure alignment with brand messaging.Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience in a senior affiliate marketing role, preferably within the online gambling industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
