We're a small engineering team of 7 ambitious engineers looking for a head of engineering to help us scale our product and manage our product team in-person. Our current tech stack is Ruby on Rails / React / Postgres, running on a combination of Heroku and AWS services.
Skills & experience we're looking for: Production experience with Ruby on Rails. At least 11 years of production full-time experience as a software engineer. Managed or lead an engineering team. Bonus if: Production experience with Ruby on Rails. You have shipped a product end-to-end (from frontend to backend/API). You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are persistent and determined. You are the type of person who will go through walls to get the job done. You've directly worked with a founder before.
