.Head of Finance & Accounting will play a decisive role in developing and managing the company's financial activities. The Head will oversee accounting systems, preparing consolidation reports compliant with IFRS and US GAAP, developing and maintaining robust internal controls, and ensuring effective cost accounting practices, managing tax position and tax compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Framework: Oversee revenue accounting close, ensuring compliance with IFRS & GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Establish and optimize revenue recognition practices.- Accounting Close: Manage month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial statements, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards.- Technical Reporting: Develop consolidation reports complying with both IFRS and US GAAP standards.- Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls for asset safeguarding and accurate financial reporting.- Cost Accounting: Lead cost accounting for accurate cost allocation and reporting, supporting strategic decision-making.- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to provide financial insights.- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with evolving financial regulations, both locally and internationally.- International Development: Ensure accounting, payroll and tax systems are established in new countries as part of a growing organization.Número de vacantes: 1Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido (25%)Tipo de contrato: Full-time"**Requisitos**- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, or equivalent.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a management role.- Strong knowledge of corporate finance and other accounting theory, principles and practices, including IFRS and US GAAP- Prior experience in an international/multi-country setting.- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Excellent command of oral and written English, including professional glossary.- Self-motivated, flexible, self-disciplined, able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
