Job Summary: We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and drive all marketing initiatives.
This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement, and support our sales and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in brand building, managing external agency partnerships, and overseeing marketing efforts across digital, social media, and print channels.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that enhances brand awareness and differentiates the company in the market.Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, and other traditional channels, to drive lead generation and business growth.Manage existing relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand and business goals, while optimizing performance and budgets.Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business development goals, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, online advertising, social media management, and website content optimization.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, videos, and other promotional content to engage target audiences.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform marketing strategies.
Use data-driven insights to measure and report on campaign performance.Lead public relations initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications, to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.Develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer retention through loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and personalized marketing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the service, construction, roofing, or a similar industry.Proven experience in brand building and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.Strong background in managing external agency partnerships and vendor relationships.Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, print marketing, and content development.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).Ability to analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
