We are looking for a versatile Marketing Director who is ready to shape the future of our SaaS product in the financial advisory space.
Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing at RISR will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies, balancing hands-on tasks with high-level strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments—someone who is as comfortable crafting compelling content and managing social media campaigns as they are analyzing market trends and setting long-term marketing goals. With no current team to manage but potential leadership opportunities as we grow, the right candidate will be a self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Devise and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively communicates RISR's value proposition to our target audience.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, highlighting the benefits of RISR for advisors.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on relevant social media platforms; plan and execute digital ad campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement campaigns that capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance, leveraging insights to drive decisions and optimize ROI.
- Adaptability: Willingness to tackle a wide range of tasks from the mundane to the complex, demonstrating flexibility and a problem-solving attitude.
- Future Team Building: While initially working independently, lay the groundwork for future marketing team growth and leadership.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
- A track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional content creation and storytelling abilities.
- Proficient in social media management, digital advertising, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
