The Head of Sales Mid-Market – America's will play a pivotal role in leading the regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive revenue growth within the mid-market customer segment across North and South America. Reporting directly to the Sales Director Mid-Market, this role will focus on implementing and aligning regional sales strategies with the global vision, fostering best practices, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in new business development and a proven track record of driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers focused on mid-market customers across the North and South American markets.Recruit, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Implement regional sales strategies for mid-market customers, in line with the group's overall sales vision.Develop and execute effective targeting and acquisition strategies for key mid-market clients.Collaborate with the global and regional Client Services (CS) leadership teams to align on sales strategy and processes.Work closely with regional leaders to ensure well-focused sales activities and capitalize on market opportunities.Support harmonization of best practices and information sharing across regions.Skills & Expertise 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial roles, with a focus on new business development in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or adjacent industries.Proven track record of successful client relationship building, including strong "hunting", prospecting, and closing skills.Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.Experience leading a sales team, with strong people management skills in an international environment.Relevant commercial experience across various verticals such as retail, travel, telecoms, finance.Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software.Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to effectively interface with clients and stakeholders of various levels of seniority.Business fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Self-driven and commercially savvy, with the ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.Our Offer Flexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
