What's the Role?
As the Head of Product, Energy & Utilities at AiDash, you will oversee three key revenue-generating products: Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS), Asset Inspection and Monitoring System (AIMS), and Climate Risk Intelligence System (CRIS). Reporting to our VP of Product and working closely with our Co-Founder & Chief Product and Technology Officer, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for this product portfolio. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS go-to-market sales motion and a sharp eye for product positioning and packaging. You will collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Design, Go-to-Market) to create innovative products with intuitive designs and workflows for our users, and you are passionate about sustainability, AI, and leveraging complex data.
What will you do?
Develop and drive product strategy by aligning company vision and goals with market insights, customer needs, and the latest AI/ML capabilities.Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to growth, enabling large enterprises to optimize operations and enhance resiliency.Strategize and collaborate with sales and product marketing teams on distribution and pricing.Own the product roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, effectively managing short-term and long-term trade-offs.Define and drive key metrics around adoption and usage, partnering with customer success to gather and leverage customer feedback.What are we looking for?
10-12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, with at least 6 years leading product teams in high-growth, fast-paced startups.Demonstrated success in creating innovative and compelling software products or platforms that delight customers and generate significant revenue and market differentiation.Expertise in employing product strategy, product sense and design thinking, to develop robust products. Experience working with AI/ML and Data Science techniques will be a plus.Proven experience in building B2B (or B2C) SaaS products with a strong customer-centric approach. Experience building AI/ML-enabled products will be a plus.Extensive experience in defining, developing, and managing a product roadmap from concept to scale, while effectively collaborating across functions.Position Location: This position is available in San Jose, CA. We operate as a hybrid company, with twice a week in-office days in our San Jose office location.
