Stand Together is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Programming who will build upon the success of the current programming initiatives while moving attendees to action through integrated experiential, design, and delivery of live and virtual events anchored in strategy, creativity and technology. The Head of Programming will work across the Stand Together community to lead a team in creating and building thematic development, narrative, and programming of high-profile signature events and experiences for our partner (donor) audience.
The role serves as a visionary, builder, and producer, helping to identify and articulate key themes, integrating those themes through an event's creative development, and leading a cross-functional production team to execute these high-visibility programming experiences. The role requires a candidate with a proven background in audience engagement, who is a natural connector with experience in event program development and production.

Your Responsibilities IncludeDrive all aspects of programming for virtual and live events, including the development of content and narrative storytelling.Work collaboratively across Stand Together's organizations and capabilities to leverage existing and develop the content architecture, storylines, and creative messaging for key programs.Partner with internal and external production teams to develop creative elements which bring the story to life on stage (virtually and in-person) and enhance the attendee experience and motivation to partner with Stand Together.Provide editorial and production guidance to teams during all phases of event development, production, and execution.Setting KPI's and success measures and holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering on value.Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization10+ years of programming experience in related roles such as Executive Producer or experiential marketing and content.The ideal candidate will have production experience and/or in-depth expertise with experiential programming.End to end understanding of live event and large-scale session production.Demonstrated supervising experience, with a focus on cultivating and developing talent.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a complex and matrixed environment.High level of humility, integrity, and discretion.Extremely well organized, strong attention to detail, and the highest standards of service-delivery and audience engagement.Excellent judgment, and creative problem-solving skills.Self-starter, and a team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.Existing relationships with relevant vendors strongly preferred.Ability to travel and work domestically up to 25%.What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of Americans – especially the least fortunate.A vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of others.Competitive salaries and bonuses.
