The Head of Title Innovation is a critical position on the operations leadership team that will shape the future of our title operations and drive transformative change. The Head of Title Innovation will lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative solutions in title production, attorney state closings, and referral title closing states. This role requires an industry thought leader with extensive experience in the title industry, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset. The Head of Title Innovation will drive efficiency, improve service quality, and expand market presence through creative and data-driven approaches.
As a Head of Title Innovation, you will use your skills toPartner with centralized operation (HUB) leadership to suggest workflow optimizations, feature enhancements, and resolve recurring issues to make title production run 1% better daily.Work closely with internal stakeholders and HUB leadership to ensure client title requirements are understood, synthesize and implement client title requirements.Think outside the box to identify opportunities to streamline production workflows and partner with HUB and Business Operations leadership to implement.Serve as the SME on Title production and attorney state closings for business operations, product, design, and engineering teams.In collaboration with Operations Senior Leadership, architect and implement a 50-state operational fulfillment solution.Serve as the main point of contact with our Parent company, First American, to work to integrate existing innovative title insurance solutions into the Endpoint operating platform.You will come to Endpoint with 8+ years of directly related title experience.The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A strong desire to change the industry with a bias for data-driven digital solutions.Comfort with continuous change.Exacting attention to detail.A collaborative approach to work, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments to address opportunities for improvement and innovation.Why work at Endpoint: You'll join a fast-growing company where you can make an impactYou'll work alongside industry experts and the brightest minds in tech to transform an industryWe foster a vibrant, welcoming, and inclusive company cultureYou'll be entrusted with responsibility and autonomy in your day-to-day workYou'll have opportunities to advance your career from within or for internal mobilityCustomizable benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K MatchFlexible work options for certain rolesVirtual and in-person team eventsWe offer competitive compensation: Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus. This role pays between $193,315 and $241,650 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience. We also offer a long-term incentive plan.This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
