The Head of Title Innovation is a critical position on the operations leadership team that will shape the future of our title operations and drive transformative change. The Head of Title Innovation will lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative solutions in title production, attorney state closings, and referral title closing states. This role requires an industry thought leader with extensive experience in the title industry, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset. The Head of Title Innovation will drive efficiency, improve service quality, and expand market presence through creative and data-driven approaches.

This role pays between $193,315 and $241,650 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
