We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and organizations with lots of B2B experience within Health Insurance setting. This is a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Coordinate and execute trade show and conference participation. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and drive sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and industry trends. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the health insurance industry. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
