Heavy Wire Annealer Operator-3Rd Shift Ct

Nesco Resource is looking for a 3rd Shift Heavy Wire Annealer Operator located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift: Monday-Friday
-3rd Shift: 11PM-7AM (Training will be 4-6 months on 1st Shift)
Pay: $18.87/Hour (15% differential on 3rd)
Job Summary: This individual will set up and operate annealing furnaces to temper heavy wire. responsible up to but not limited to Heavy Wire Anneal and home department.
Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to the needs of the Heavy Wire Anneal department Ability to multitask running a wide variety of machines. Uphold Quality and production expectations of each area. Maintain Order and cleanliness of work area. Observe all safety rules and environmental regulations. Select jobs to be preformed according to schedule and needs. To set up and operate Heavy Wire Annealing furnaces. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, walk and reach.
