Monitor and report changes in client's health status Assist with non-medical daily activities which include: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, personal care, dementia, etc. Drive clients for errands and doctors appointments. Asist with transfers, standby assist and safety supervision. Be on call as a Caregiver/fill in shifts that open up.
