Providence Home Health and Hospice, LLC is looking for an experienced LPN for our Hospice. This is an exciting position as the LPN will take on a crucial role in supporting the Hospice Staff. Wages are negotiable.RESPONSIBILITIES* Provide Hospice nursing services to our clients, under the supervision of an RN. case manager.* Communicate with the case manager and supervisor regarding status of patient.* Participates in performance goals of the Agency.* Participates in Interdisciplinary Group meetings.* Consistently displays a professional appearance and conduct in all settings.
