• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders• Make recommendations based on menu and specials• Address customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience• Assist with table set-up and accommodate larger parties• Support teammates in providing great experiences for their guests
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED preferred• 2+ years' server experience preferred• Ability to work on your feet all day• Strong customer service skills• Familiarity with Aloha POS software platform is a plus
