We are currently hiring for an Environmental Services Technician who enjoys cleaning while establishing relationships with our residents, their families, friends and visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain an attractive and comfortable home in an environment consistent with regulations and established policies and procedures Clean designated areas such as resident living spaces, common areas, and other areas as assigned Launder and iron resident personal laundry as assigned General cleaning, floor care, washing, sanitizing, polishing furniture/fixtures, waste removal, stocking supplies and cleaning windows Replenish housekeeping and laundry supplies in work areas as needed Ensure that equipment, tools, and supplies are cleaned and properly stored at the end of each shift Qualifications Must 18 years or older Flexible, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members, and visitors Ability to take direction, prioritize duties, and organize work with others Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all team members and residents Additional Information
